Crazy stuff right here. Lion kills lioness' cubs --- presumably in order to mate with her. (While he could mate with her without killing her cubs, it is less likely that she will conceive due to lactational amenorrhea as well as the energetic costs of caring for young.)Killing ...the cubs gives him a better chance at impregnating her.
